During this reporting period, the coach met with Ohio DYS once per month. The majority of this reporting period was spent developing a solicitation to request bids for someone to produce the videos for the agency. They received several bids and when the agency and coach last spoke, the PC was going through them and hoped to have a vendor selected early in the New Year. The project has very discrete outcomes of youth education materials including a video.
