As the new Chief, I am looking for the best training opportunities which will benefit not only the officer, but the whole agency and the community we serve.

Four officers and myself will be working in this corridor with community based organizations to implement a focused deterrence policing strategy and to apply CPTED principles to a commercial corridor revitalization effort.
