During the month of February 2024, 64 new SLATT user accounts were created. Of the new accounts, 25 were approved as SLATT direct accounts, and 39 were created via Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) program credentials.
The SLATT team addressed approximately 26 inquiries received from users submitting questions or requests using the “Contact Us” button on the slatt.org website. Inquiries related to SLATT training, resources, webinars, publications, login issues, website access, and general questions.
Provide roadway safety training to your agency. Attend this 8-hour course where trainers will be given the resources and skills needed to teach the NLERSP training curriculum to other officers during academy or in-service training. This course includes a teach-back exercise. Prerequisite: Trainers must complete the Roadway Safety Patrol Officer Course prior to attending this course.

The SLATT monthly partner planning meeting was held on January 4, 2024. Monthly meetings are convened to discuss current initiatives and progress toward completing SLATT tasks. In January, topical focus was dedicated to eLearning and publication development.

Fusion Center Exchange: During the January to June 2023 reporting period, the onsite exchange was held on January 17–18, 2023, between the MSAIC and OCIAC. Following the completion of the exchange, MSAIC Interim Director, Todd Frier, completed the Fusion Center Exchange Program Workbook. IIR reviewed the workbook, met with Mr. Frier, and developed a summary which was provided to DHS, along with the completed workbook.
