The Los Angeles, California, Police Department (LAPD) hosted four personnel from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Police Department (PPD) on a very aggressive 3-day peer exchange. Day 1 started with opening remarks from LAPD Chief Dominic Choi and his executive staff followed by an overview of the Community Safety and Partnership Bureau headed by Police Administrator Joel Lopez. The PPD then attended a meeting with the Watts Gang Task Force and concluded with a presentation by ZenCity highlighting community assessments and surveys.

Four attendees from the Chattanooga Police Department and three attendees from Shreveport Police Department visited the Dallas Police Department Headquarters. During the exchange, attendees learned about Focused Deterrence, Place Network Investigation and the Office of Integrated Public Safety Solutions. The afternoon focused on Gun Investigations and Hot Spot Policing.

During this unique peer exchange, ten attendees from PSP sites Phoenix, Arizona; Gary, Indiana; Washington, D.C.; Shreveport, Louisiana; and San Antonio had the opportunity to tour the ATF National Crime Gun Intelligence Center of Excellence, which opened in Wichita, Kansas, in May 2023. While onsite, attendees participated in CGI Scenario Training, and toured both the Wichita State Innovation Campus the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) Correlation and Training Center
