The presentation is described as, "As elder fraud continues to escalate, it poses significant challenges, with perpetrators often operating from overseas and leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency.

NW3C to send staff Jim Emerson to attend the IACP conference and to provide an SME panel discussion and presentation on the topic of, "Building Trust Across the Law Enforcement Forensic Landscape: Implementation of Forensic Standards". The discussion is described as, "An SME Panel discussion and presentation as to the implementation of Standards and there importance in the scheme of reliable digital forensics and digital evidence within a framework of quality management."

The presentation is described as, "An SME Panel discussion and interaction with the audience as to the changes to CJIS Security Policy versions 5.9.1 thru 5.9.5 and the impacts upon SLTT LEAs".
