The City of Manchester NH is requesting assistance with the implementation and
evaluation of their Hot Spots Policing model and Crime Analysis Unit. The department is

In order to fully develop our plan and assist in implementing ILP we have to analyze our current level of analytical capability. We would like to identify and leverage our existing intelligence resources and avoid duplication of efforts. We are seeking the assistance of BJA’s quality technical assistance/training to help us accomplish this goal.
