How do you anticipate that the requested assistance will address the problems?
Us constitutional, violations of federal laws within family law, more specifically family court services and the departments connected to children parents and family unit as whole. If children live with abusers of domestic violence, law clerks and officers of courts support this then the fabric of judicial system and future of families and health/welfare children are at risk and in danger of mentally development issues forever into the future. I have recently charged these agencies and abuser a's perpetrators of child abduction/endangerment and domestic terrorism based on history and evidence of facts. If we put crimes and violations of federal laws on perpetrators then we arrest,prosecute,convict. Now, after 10+yrs 5/4/03 it is stopped and can proceed w/civil remedies in court for child custody. Immediate reunification, restitution and protection of children and mantel health issues, public safety and national interests addressed a's needed. Furthermore, a proper lesson learned for all, fathers love for families, national remedies for families in future and solutions to judicial system and family law procedures. I have created a victim advocacy group for fathers, children, and families. I also started a foundation for children and the health /welfare solutions to support the voices not heard in family law. The family unity now( fun)agency is donated by the l@st foundation, it provides victim advocacy for families in family law. I am also going to ask for assistance to provide faith based services for victims of family violence, military veterans their families with housing and employment. I can achieve this with my credentials. I am a us citizen, disabled veteran of us navy, us inventor patent #5808276, general contractor lic#633611, father of 4 children-3 girls and1 boy, victim of domestic violence voc#A08-0908129, and i am disabled with state California (2)types- amputation workers comp accident and mental illness due to this family crisis. I turned to my govt for help removing domestic violence from this family and childrens lives and this is the result. If this can happen to me it can and will happen to all and this country. I have a senator on my team also and I am in the process of a bill. It's basic structure is as follows: the bill is the "family law" reads as such
Any person place thing that wishes to enter and take part in family law matters pertaining to children within a family or household as a family unit must establish parental rights equal to all and entirely as a whole in USA. Any and all who fail to establish parental rights will not be heard or have standing, unless verified as parent on birth certificate! Thank you, I hope I'm contributing and look forward to solutions and working within the justice system with all parties and agencies up the flagpole. I would refer authorities to preamble imbedded in constitution for best words in conclusion. Local advocacy group city of Oakland county alameda special liason family law courts included within- confidential case history and victim justice advocate policing justice of local law enforcement, county district attorneys office, county courthouse and family law courtrooms and case management victims/family advocate. Family crisis advocate for victims regarding housing,support group for family issues,matters, concerns and solutions. Job assistance and family transitions through faith based pogram developments and strategies from father point of view and perspective of best interest children family unit.
