The Director of Recovery Services at Family Ark reached out to request TA. Altarum scheduled a call with them in October 2022. Requestor did not show up to the scheduled call and has not responded to several attempts made by Altarum to reschedule and engage in the TA request. This request will be closed until further notice is received from Family Ark.

During this quarterly call with the Innovator counties, 31 participants joined the call. Alachua County, FL discussed their 988 rollout efforts. The Stepping Up partners provided an overview of the redesigned Stepping Up website, highlighting the Stepping Up Strategy Lab, the Set, Measure, Achieve Progress Survey, and county successes.

During this quarterly call with the Innovator counties, 33 participants representing 19 Innovator counties joined the call. The Innovator counties took turns describing their proudest Stepping Up accomplishment over the past year and explaining their biggest goal for the upcoming year and how Stepping Up can be most supportive.

The second in a four-session virtual Community of Practice focused on the state's role in supporting local efforts to reduce the number of people with behavioral health needs in the criminal justice system, Session 2 focused on the state's role in alleviating persistent barriers locals face with data collection and information sharing. Teams were introduced to key state policy strategies to improve local capacity to collect, use, and share data, including discussion of common definitions, screening and assessment, and privacy law.

The final in a four-session virtual Community of Practice focused on the state's role in supporting local efforts to reduce the number of people with behavioral health needs in the criminal justice system, Session 3 focused on state strategies to improve housing outcomes for people with behavioral health needs and criminal justice system involvement. In a poll conducted between Sessions 1 and 2 of the CoP, participants resoundingly selected housing as their most high-priority state policy issue area.

The third in a four-session virtual Community of Practice focused on the state's role in supporting local efforts to reduce the number of people with behavioral health needs in the criminal justice system, Session 3 explored state strategies to help local communities address persistent funding gaps. Subject matter experts from the Center for Health Care Strategies led a discussion of the cross-sector relationships needed to position state leaders to better align funding and explored state policy strategies to make funding more accessible and responsive to community needs.

Session 4 concluded the CoP with considerations for how teams can utilize performance measures and evaluation plans to support near and long-term sustenance of their crisis system and crisis response interventions. Teams learned how tracking progress and regular program assessments can support future funding opportunities for expansion of existing interventions or the implementation of additional response models. Subject matter expertise was provided by Elizabeth (Liz) Buck, Senior Program Officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies.

Session 3 included a discussion on how to use data to complete a prioritization process that identifies which crisis system enhancement would have the most significant impact on coordinated crisis responses, decrease siloes, and address service gaps. This session also focused on ways to build a continuum of responses through the prioritization of straightforward policy changes that enhance existing service delivery and coordination. It featured discussions on how to collaborate on long-term plans for developing larger investment crisis services.

After a direct referral from the PMO, the PRC engaged in one remediation case. The case involved an auditor who needed additional support in auditing standards 115.21, 115.53, 115.401(j), and 115.401(o). The remediation plan included education components, testing, and engagement with the PRC to put the remediation work into practice. The auditor completed all components of the remediation work on May 13, 2020.
