The Miami, Florida Police Department, as part of the Miami Public Safety Partnership Site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support for four representatives to attend the IACA online training courses starting in July 2021 and ending in September 2021.
Miami PSP is requesting support for two representatives to attend the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 23 - 27, 2021.
The University of New Orleans Police Department requested funding for registration for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support for one representative to attend the IACA online training course starting in July 2021 and ending in September 2021.
The Anchorage, Alaska Police Department, as part of the Anchorage Public Safety Partnership site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support to one representative to attend the IACA online training courses starting in April 2021 and ending in June 2021.
NW3C plans to send two staff virtually to this event. This is NSA’s first VIRTUAL meeting — presented in conjunction with the National Command & Staff College. Highlights of the meeting include a Keynote Address at the Opening Plenary Session on Constitutional Ethics by Rev. Christopher Dreisbach, Ph.D., of The John Hopkins University. Keynoting the Closing Plenary Session is Philip Mudd, First Deputy Director of the FBI’s National Security Branch and Former Deputy Director of the CIA’s Counterterrorist Center.
Houston, Texas Police Department requested to have one participant attend the 2021 International Homicide Investigation Association 27th Annual Training Symposium Washington, D.C. BJA NTTAC denied this request.
Davenport PSP requested travel support for representatives to attend the International Homicide Investigators Association's "Cold Case/No Body Homicide Investigation/Prosecution Course". BJA NTTAC referred this request to the Community Oriented Policing Services Office.
