NW3C sent staff Jeff Lybarger to participate in a LECC roundtable quick hit meeting. This 20 minute presentation will conduct on the exhibit floor of the IACP conference. The presentation will give an overview of the LECC and allow attendees to ask questions about the LECC website.

NW3C sent staff Jeff Lybarger to participate in a LECC roundtable meeting that sought to review the current status of the LECC and ways to improve the website for 2024.

NW3C will send staff Glen Gainer, Jeff Lybarger, Jim Emerson and Tyler Wotring invited to participate in ASCIA meetings.

NW3C asked to send Chuck Cohen to attend the PenLink User Summit as an attendee and speaker. This entry is for Mr. Cohen to deliver a 60-minute breakout on "Investigative Strategies Related to Tor, TAILS, and other Anonymity Operating Systems." He also will present a 90-minute plenary keynote on the topic of "Tor, Onion Routers, Deepnets, and Dark Markets."

This entry is for Mr. Cohen tol deliver a 90-minute plenary keynote on the topic of "Tor, Onion Routers, Deepnets, and Dark Markets". He will also present another 60-minute breakout the next day on "Investigative Strategies Related to Tor, TAILS, and other Anonymity Operating Systems."

NW3C was asked to send staff James Emerson to present at the National Center on Forensics Conference on the topic of "The Emerging Nexus Between Digital Evidence and Medical Death Investigations." The presentation is described as, "At the conclusion of this presentation the attendee will understand Medical Death Investigative cases and the evolving dependence on digital evidence, the increasing explosion of physiological sensors, body worn technologies, smart clothing and jewelry, and the digital evidence networking ecosystems within which they exchange content and metadata,

NW3C to send staff Jim Emerson to present at 1-day event for the Michigan State Police, Michigan Intelligence Operations Center Auto Theft Prevention Authority Conference. Mr. Emerson will present on the topic called, " Connected Vehicles, On Board Devices, Digital Evidence, and Tracking Technology or Data". The presentation examined various contemporary radio frequency-based data exchange and the evidentiary or geolocation value of these artifacts which are available to investigators to support a broad range of crime involving vehicles.

NW3C asked to provide staff Elizabeth Strong to present at the National Fusion Center Association Conference (NCFA) on a topic called, "A Hidden Workplace Hazard: The Importance of Managing Stress in Fusion Centers" in collaboration iwth Trevor Knight, Senior Investigative Intelligence Analyst with the District of Columbia Fusion Center.

NW3C was asked to send staff Justin Fitzsimmons to the NDAA Forensic Evidence Training meeting in Minnesota. Mr. Fitzsimmons conducted four presentations.
1) Advanced Issues in 21st Century Prosecutions
2) Digital Evidence -Nuts and Bolts : Overcoming Typical Objections and Cross Examination of the Defense Digital Evidence Witness
3) Utilizing Technology to Persuasively Present Multiple Types of Scientific Evidence
4) Countering Attacks to Use of Litigation Technology, Animations, Simulations, and Interactive Graphics
