CSG Justice Center staff presented to the Alabama Reentry Commission in person on November 12, 2024. CSG Justice Center staff hosted the first of a series of Alabama Reentry Commission Presentation of Findings to a virtual meeting of commission members on 11/25. CSG Justice Center staff held a TA call with the AL team on 11/15.

CSG Justice Center staff met with the governor's chief of state about interest in R2030 on 9/6/24

CSG Justice Center staff held a meeting with DOC's Legislative Liason and with state legislators about Utah's Reentry Task Force and provided information about launching R2030 on 9/19/24.

CSG Justice Center staff held a meeting with Maine DOC about a possible launch of R2030 on 9/16/24; follow up from in-person meeting between CSG Justice Center staff at CLA NE Regional Meeting.

CSG Justice Center staff completed the following activities: 9/5/24 - Email: CSG requested a final run of show for an event. WA DOC provided the requested run of show. 9/6/24 - Email: CSG invited WA DOC to save the date for the SCA conference in December 2024. 9/12/24 - Email: CSG confirmed travel and logistics details with WA DOC for the upcoming event. 9/15/24 - Site Visit: CSG staff visited Washington's DOC with WA DOC to set up for the event and ensure everything was in order for the Reentry 2030 launch.

CSG Justice Center staff had a follow up call with staff from the Hawaii Governor's Office on 10/8/24.

CSG Justice Center staff emailed the MO DOC team on 9/6/24 to invite them to the SCA Conference as a Reentry 2030 participant.

CSG Justice Center staff held TA calls on 9/6 and 9/13, with Nebraska team, including the Deputy Director – Programs; Assistant Deputy Director – Reentry; Case Management Coordinator; Assistant Deputy Director of Classification; Reentry Program Manager; and CSG staff to plan logistics, agenda, and content for a one-day reentry employment summit later in the fall. From 9/16 to 9/19 CSG staff attended site visit to Lincoln and Omaha to observe parole school and hearings, meet with parole board chair, and observe reentry programs in the women's facility.

December 16: CSG Justice Center staff attended the December meeting of the Legislative Recidivism Reduction Task Force to deliver a presentation with DOC data analysis findings and final policy recommendations. (16 participants representing 14 agencies)
