Wellesley, MA Police Department is the home to the former 2016 IACP President Terrence Cunningham. They are requesting training for their officers/dispatchers and some other civilian staff/department heads. This 2 day Blue Courage Course is to train and educate the command staff of the Wellesley, MA PD Office and surrounding agencies before conducting a Blue Courage Academy that will include a Train the Trainer course. This will enable the departments to become self sustaining in training the rest of their departments.

The Blue Courage Academy consists of the 2-day Blue Courage course followed by a 2-day certification course, allowing attendees to conduct their own 2-day courses.

The Lansing, Michigan Police Department (PD) requested Blue Courage: The Heart and Mind of the Guardian training for its agency personnel. The request was referred to and fulfilled by IADLEST, as Michigan was a former Blue Courage immersion state.
