Requesting a study of Philadelphia's indigent defense delivery system. To date, Philadelphia has never conducted a comprehensive, professional study to determine which type of conflict counsel indigent defense delivery system best meets the needs of the City’s criminal, delinquency and dependency court systems. Because it's a shared system, a major issue we are having is trying to define, specifically, what needs to be done with the CAD/Mobile from a FBI CJIS Security perspective - i.e. what configuration, both software security and/or infrastructure, must be in place to meet CJIS Security compliance?
