CSG Justice Center staff conducted a TA consultation with the Beaver County grant team, the District Attorney for Beaver County, and the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys to discuss options for enhancing the county's diversion programming. The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys led a consultation with the District Attorney regarding the current diversion efforts in the county around charges for substances and the success they have seen. The discussion focused on enhancing diversion efforts in the county and how can the District's Attorney's Office play a critical role.
Hosted by The Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center and the Bureau of Justice Assistance. This webinar will focus on the importance of data when working with prosecutors on diversion programs. Participants will receive practical guidance for setting and compiling data metrics, including identifying baseline data and determining outcome measures, as well as designing specific programs that consider a person's unique involvement with the criminal legal system.
