The presentation is described as, "In today's world, social media dominates the way people communicate and it's where criminals exploit users. In many instances, evidence has been lost from online platforms such as Snapchat, Kik, and Facebook during an investigation because the evidence wasn't preserved.

The presentation is described as, "Currently Digital Forensic Quality Management Accreditation of Digital Multimedia Evidence Forensic Science Service Providers occurs under ISO Standards. In 2023, SWGDE began creating a standard for Quality Management of Digital Forensic Labs.
