Grantee is considering the submission of a change of scope GAM which would also impact their budget, she had some questions about how much money could be shifted from one line item to another without requiring an additional GAM.

Grantee reached out to inquire if it would be possible for the jail or the prison in her community to receive a COSSUP award in the future. I let her know that it was possible and that we have many grantees who have received multiple awards within the same community.

Dana (project manager) and Rulo staff discussed submitting for a no-cost extension and requested additional information about any new COSSUP funding opportunities. The Delaware County Sheriff's Office is considering applying. Rulo staff told her that the NCE should be submitted no later than 90 days before the grant close out and that the RFP for funds has yet to be released, but we would keep her abreast of new information.

The grantee had some questions about the protocol for submitting a no-cost extension. I was able to give her some high-level information but ultimately advised that she contact her BJA Policy person. She was able to contact Andrew Rodeghero, and he met her needs.

The grantee received an email that caused her some confusion. She forwarded it to the Rulo team for review, and we determined it was simply an auto-generated email from IIR.

Requested a list of BJA-approved conferences that can be attended in the absence of the annual BJA convening.

The grantee requested clarification on the difference between a risk assessment form and the subrecipient monitoring checklist.

Grantee requested sample sub-award agreements. She had already consulted with her BJA grants manager earlier this week, who referred her to us.

Grantee requested confirmation that he could attend the NCCHC conference in place of the BJA convening; Rulo staff were able to confirm that this is an approved conference.
