NW3C asked to send staff Justin Fitzsimmons to present a 90 minute presentation called, "Advanced Issues in 21st Century Prosecutions". This presentation covers a range of advanced topics that impact the investigation and prosecution of 21st century crime. Participants will learn about the importance of establishing probable cause, particularity and nexus when seeking search warrants for digital devices or data.

NW3C asked to send staff Justin Fitzsimmons to present a key note presentation called, "Who is Big Brother? What Data is Big Tech Collecting and How to Lawfully Access It". The presentation is described as, "Amazon, Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Smart Hubs, Personal Digital Assistance Devices represent how entrenched technology and digital devices are in our everyday lives. We share an almost limitless amount of data by using these services and products. For investigators, the types of data these services and devices collect may provide unique evidence for a case.
