During Q2 2022, the transition between the former PREA Coach, Caleb Asbridge and the new PREA Coach, Stephanie Vetter was finalized. Vetter assumed the PREA coaching responsibilities on behalf of Mr. Asbridge at the beginning of Q2. Ms. Vetter met monthly with Patsy Adams, Paul Graham, and Ellen Toney to review and discuss both FY grants, and added meetings to accommodate policy discussions and emerging challenges with facility staffing, as follows: April 8 and 13, May 11, June 8 and 27, 2022. During Q2, the Implementation Plan was reviewed by Ms.

DCFS finalized PREA Implementation Plan which was reviewed by coach and discussed before final submission. The plan's sustainability and impact were discussed, as well as the barriers and challenges.
Assisted in NV DCFS obtaining a no-cost extension. Reviewed the PPT for PREA Convening. Provided support and feedback on the PREA Risk Assessment Validation process and the Girls Health Screen expansion to PC.
Coaching have been supporting the agency in their NCE application and planning for the additional year, particularly around their training goals.
Assisted the grantee in planning for the remainder of their project goals.
These were two instructional blocks presented by NW3C attended by 252 persons. Both presentations were attended live. The presentations explained how ICAC investigators targeting sex crimes can use fast, flexible, adaptive, and attainable solutions to wearable device evidence in both indoor and outdoor child sex crime scenes.
This was a one-hour keynote presentation by NW3C attended by 175 law enforcement agencies leaders as part of their annual meeting. The presentation was attended live. The content was specifically tailored to provide agency leaders and supervisory staff with practical ideas to address wearable device evidence while understanding the significance of Purdue’s research findings in crime scene investigations and prosecutions.
This Second Chance Month webinar will provide a preview of an upcoming brief on implementing forensic peer services into reentry programming and will explain what a forensic peer specialist is. Presenters will walk through the steps involved in developing a forensic peer program and how these programs are used to serve people in the justice system who have mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders.
National Cybercrime Conference, Norwood, MA, April 25-27, 2023. This was a one-hour keynote presentation by NW3C attended by 500 persons, followed by two further 75-minute presentations attended by a total of 287 person. All presentations were attended live and streamed online. The three presentations provided participants with fast, flexible, adaptive, and attainable solutions to wearable device evidence in both indoor and outdoor crime scenes.
