The Amarillo, Texas Police Department (APD), as part of the St. Louis Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested travel support for representatives to attend the 2019 PSP National Public Safety Partnership Symposium. ​BJA NTTAC provided travel support to one representative from the Amarillo PSP site to attend the conference from September 9 – 11, 2019 in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Wichita, Kansas Police Department (PD), as part of the Wichita Public National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested travel support for representatives to attend the Federal Bureau of Investigations’ “Cellular Analysis Survey Team” training. BJA NTTAC provided travel support to one representative from the Wichita PSP site to attend the training from February 12–13, 2020 in San Bernardino, California.

BJA NTTAC provided travel support to 1 representative from the Houston, Texas Police Department to attend the training from March 23 - 26,2020 in Quantico, Virginia.

The Toledo, Ohio Police Department, as part of the Toledo National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested travel support for a representative to attend the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference. BJA NTTAC provided travel support to one representative from the Toledo PSP site to attend the conference on October 26–30, 2019 in Chicago, Illinois.

The Miami, Florida PSP team is requested onsite training for the Triage of Forensic and Fired Components Course to Triage of Forensic and Fired Components Course to include firearms examination, identification techniques for fired cartridge cases, and identification techniques for fired bullets. This request was denied and not fulfilled by BJA NTTAC.

The Orlando, Florida Police Department requested assistance implementing their Real-Time Crime Center. IDEA Analytics was selected to fulfill the request and provided an evaluation of the department's existing RTCC organizational structure, workflow, and workload. The <type of technical assistance> occurred on or in <include dates here – include exact dates if available of month and year> and involved <list stakeholders who participated in the technical assistance>.

The Kansas City Police Department and the Jackson County Prosecutors Office would like to receive a Crime Analysis Assessment to assess their agencies’ crime analysis capacity and processes, along with identifying areas of analytical gaps and needs. The agencies plan to use the assessment recommendations to guide their implementation of best practices and new approaches related to their capability to analyze crime data. BJA NTTAC denied this request.
