Review and evaluation of Delaware Strategic plan

The NCJA project team reviewed the 2018 Strategic Plan submitted by the Delaware SAA. This plan was submitted in the year prior to the new strategic planning requirement mandated by the Justice for All Reauthorization Act for 2019 applications.

The Client is requesting technology assistance from the BJA/IJIS Institute TA program to address and focus on the following areas:
• Provide recommendations regarding how to improve criminal justice partners’ access to Delaware Automated Correction System (DACS) for Probation & Parole information
• Examine opportunities to increase the flow of information into DELJIS
• Provide recommendations regarding how the Statewide Data Governance Council can provide increased access to DELJIS and DACS to more authorized users
