The National Center for School Safety provides one-on-one technical assistance to STOP grantees. This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. City School District Of The City Of Niagara Falls was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with City School District Of The City Of Niagara Falls since 10/28/2022, with their intake meeting occurring on 11/22/2022. There have been 5 additional follow-up meetings and 4 occurred during the current reporting period.

TA Specialists have been in contact with Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools since 3/2/2022, with their intake meeting occurring on 4/22/2022. There have been 9 additional follow-up meetings. 4 of these follow-up meetings occurred within the current reporting period.

OJJDP, in collaboration with the National Gang Center (NGC), convened a one-day listening session of local law enforcement leaders and prosecutors possessing unique experience in responding to the threats posed by youth street gangs within their respective jurisdictions, as well as in implementing strategies to hold gang-involved youth accountable.

IIR attended the Alabama Association of School Resource Officers Leadership Conference. At this conference IIR: met with potential, national level SMEs; promoted the new STOP School Violence Law Enforcement program, and conducted an environmental scan of resources and trainings available and presented to the field.

The National Center for School Safety provides one-on-one technical assistance to STOP grantees. This one-on-one assistance was first offered in January 2021 and continues to date. From July-December 2022, there were 215 one-hour one-on-one Technical Assistance Meetings via Zoom or other virtual conference software.
