After reviewing and implementing IACP's feedback for site's informal IP, site submitted their revised IP for formal review.
Provided resources on upcoming CRIT/CIT trainings and on "critical incident stress management" as it relates to coresponders: shared contact info with 2 grantee sites, IACP model policy and other IACP project related resources.
Connected site with partner for TTA on onboarding outside trainers to CRIT curriculum.
Per site request reviewed portions of CRIT training modules for feedback (e.g., consistent with CRIT and best practices).
Provided feedback on RFP for training developers so the site could put their RFPs out and get the strongest applicants.
Informal review of plan and provided detailed feedback to the team to provide guidance in completing their IP.
Provided example of RFP for sites' training developer. Walked through necessary components of an RFP as well as particular components that would be helpful for crisis/BH work in particular.
Shared webinar on Identifying and Addressing Behavioral Health Needs in Encampments to aid the site in further developing their project in regrds to IDD and BH.
Connected grantee with Madison County grantee for adapting CRIT for SROs and EMTS.
Connected grantee site with Wichita, KS BCJI grantee through IACP's BCJI TTA team to learn about their HOT team and program.
