I do not know if this is the right way to request assistance for this topic, but i thought I would try. We are looking at pay equity for our SANE nurses across our 4 separate counties. We are looking for information on the on-call rate of pay, contracted services, or how the compensation works for other similar size cities, as well as rural areas. We are working on recruitment and RETENTION of our SANE staff. Any help or pointing me in the right direction of resources would be immensely appreciated. Mahalo for your time.
