Amy Griffith-Taylor with the Nashville (TN) Police Department Victim Services division contacted the helpdesk regarding best practices for victim notification. Specifically, she wanted recommendations on what should be done when a victim cannot be reached via phone or in-person. She requested guidance on what could be put in a letter to a victim without breaching confidentiality. I directed Amy to various webinar and written resources on the SAKI TTA website. She was also encouraged to reach out to us for further assistance if necessary.
