A two-day training to help every chapter be successful. We will learn from each other, and we will look for ways to improve. We will also ensure that all chapters understand how important sound business practices are to the overall health of C.O.P.S. With a full-time staff of 15, C.O.P.S. must still rely on its chapters to provide immediate support to surviving law enforcement families and ensure C.O.P.S.’ business is conducted in a professional manner at the grass roots level.

An integrated and comprehensive week of memorial activities that honor the memory of the officers lost in the line of duty, and building the basis for law enforcement survivors to understand ways they can begin to rebuild their shattered lives. C.O.P.S. Survivor's Conference includes over 70 counseling and debriefing sessions facilitated by professional counselors and CISM Peer Support trained staff.
