Scholarship Support

In coordination with DHS and DOJ, continue to support SLTT TTA deliveries, including information exchanges between SLTT entities, including state and major urban area fusion centers, to aid in improving their information sharing capabilities and capacities by facilitating the identification and exchange of recommended practices and lessons learned.

In coordination with DHS, DOJ, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and other vital partners, continue to support select information sharing projects as prioritized by the CICC and/or the SLIC, such as the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative (NSI), to ensure the standardization of information sharing practices while safeguarding the privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties of all citizens.

The Tulsa, Oklahoma Police Department, as part of the Tulsa Public Safety Partnership site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support to two representatives to attend the IACA online training courses starting in October 2020 and ending in December, 2020.

The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department, as part of the Kansas City Public Safety Partnership site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support to one representative to attend the IACA online training courses starting in October 2020 and ending in December, 2020.

The Miami, Florida Police Department, as part of the Miami Public Safety Partnership site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support to six representatives to attend the IACA online training courses starting in October 2020 and ending in December, 2020.

The Amarillo, Texas Police Department, as part of the Amarillo Public Safety Partnership site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support to one representative to attend the IACA online training courses starting in January 2021 and ending in March 2021.

The Anchorage, Alaska Police Department, as part of the Anchorage Public Safety Partnership site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support to two representatives to attend the IACA online training courses starting in January 2021 and ending in March 2021.

The Miami, Florida Police Department, as part of the Miami Public Safety Partnership Site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support for four representatives to attend the IACA online training courses starting in January 2021 and ending in March 2021.
