Provision of Resources/Systems

During this reporting period TLPI did initial outreach to all grantees and provided an introductory welcome/introductory letter to all new FY24 CTAS Purpose Area 3 Grantees. The welcome letter included an introduction to TLPI and the project team, invitation for a virtual kick off meeting, a short questionnaire discussing their top TTA needs and goals, TLPI resources including the NEW CTAS PA 3 Grantee Subpage on WalkingOnCommonGround.org, and information on the upcoming 2024 CTAS Orientation and 2024 American Indian Justice Conference.

Support clinic for subrecipients as they navigate the federal award process. EJUSA staff provided a thorough overview on how to resubmit finalized budgets; an overview of MOU responsibilities and requirements; and how to register for SAM.gov account.

December 4, 2024: sent EA materials, warm introduction to Brooke Abrams, SME in participant engagment in research

During the month of September 2024, 91 new SLATT user accounts were created. Of the new accounts, 31 were approved as SLATT direct accounts, 44 were created via RISS program credentials, and 16 were created via FBI, Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal, program credentials.

Hancock County, TN requested resources on articles and training resources for officer wellness assistance.

Muscogee (Creek) Nation requested digital forensic lab policy samples as they further their program.

During the month of August 2024, 159 new SLATT user accounts were created. Of the new accounts, 94 were approved as SLATT direct accounts, 49 were created via RISS program credentials, and 16 were created via Federal Bureau of Investigation, Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal, program credentials.

During the month of July 2024, 170 new SLATT user accounts were created. Of the new accounts, 104 were approved as SLATT direct accounts, 48 were created via RISS program credentials, and 18 were created via Federal Bureau of Investigation, Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal, program credentials.

In our call on 5/13/24, Lenoir County requested resources related to educating the community on stigma. Coaches Kim Bishop and Carlee O'Keefe of CCFF provided these resources to the site:

NTJC staff attended and participated in the CTAS orientation held in Seattle, WA. We were not the lead entity for the event, so we did not capture registration nor evaluation data.
