Center TTA staff engaged in outreach with research staff and data analytics staff to prepare to work on this deliverable in the coming fiscal year.
Last reporting period, in conjunction with subject matter expert staff from the Center’s data analytics and applied research team, TTA staff presented an interactive webinar on Data Collection and Analysis during this reporting period. This webinar included a guided exploration of the Center’s publication called Building the Research Base: An Evaluation Blueprint for Community Courts, which details the conventional and unconventional data points that effective community courts should be tracking daily.
Developed 1-pager of RHRIAP to aid in the recruitment of a new site.
Developed a 1-pager of short-term technical assistance opportunities to aid in the recruitment of new sites.
Worked on compiling program documentation that will be used as a policy variance to pilot the RISE program.
Prepared two presentations for IDOC leadership about the proposed RISE program.
Develop a proposal to assess the cohort of people that seek placement, or refuse to leave, restrictive housing settings, to include a virtual discussion panel intended to inform practice.
Conducted social media campaign to a national audience and direct inquiry outreach to six state agencies to solicit potential partners.
Met with Utah Department of Corrections staff on potential technical and training assistance
