The Tennessee Coalition’s Annual Conference reflects a commitment to ending domestic and sexual violence in Tennessee through education, prevention, policy development, and victim services. This 2-day in-person conference is designed for victim service providers, law enforcement, court personnel, batterers’ intervention programs, social workers, health care providers, students, and university faculty. The 2024 conference theme, “Stronger Together,” represents our deep conviction that our collective power is greater than our individual strength.
The Community Violence Intervention Conference is the largest convening exclusively dedicated to CVI in the country, attracting more than 800 experts—both national and international—to discuss the impact of this lifesaving work. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading experts, advocates, and practitioners to share insights, struggles, and opportunities in a communal space devoted to advancing the field of community violence intervention.

This event will launch the Community Supervision Resource Center (CSRC) into the public space by convening prominent state and local community supervision practitioners and leaders from the across the nation, gathering grantees from the Smart Supervision program, and a cohort of probation agencies, who will receive training on, among other things, piloting innovative supervision approaches, change management for supervision, and implementing evidence-based practices.
