IIR provides logistical and travel reimbursement support for certain participants to attend specific events. From October 24 through October 27, 2016, such support was provided for three Fusion Liaison Officer Coordinators from three different agencies to attend the National Fusion Center Association Annual Training Event in Alexandria, Virginia.

Attended a meeting to develop curriculum on risk assessment for judges. Contributed to development of two courses: 1) a web-based training cover key principles in risk-need-responsivity and 2) an in-person training on the implementation of risk and needs.

The Arc of MD visited The Arc's national offices. A presentation was given that informed chapters how to create Disability Response Teams and work with local criminal justice professionals to address issues impacting people with disabilities.An overview of NCCJD's Pathways to Justice training was provided.
