12/15/2023: CSG Justice Center staff attended the Interim Joint Judiciary Committee meeting made up of 26 Senators and Representatives to listen to presentation on the Safer Kentucky Act (26 people, representing 2 agencies).Â

12/13/2023: Meeting with Cassie Chambers Armstrong (State Senator (D) District 19) and Jennifer Tuvlin (Director, Development Department, School of Law, University of Louisville) to introduce Kentucky’s JRI project and learn more about the Senator’s research on legal outcomes of domestic violence survivors in rural vs urban settings. 12/13/2023: Focus group with 14 probation and parole officers in the Bowling Green office to better understand the trends they are seeing among their clients. (14 people representing 1 agency).Â
