"Objective 6: Develop and use technology tools that better track and reduce recidivism. In March, CSG Justice Center staff continued developing the technology tool. Additionally, CSG Justice Center staff met with WYDOC Field Services district managers to solicit feedback on ideas for metrics to include in the technology tool and learn how they use data to influence outcomes related to the Positive Rewards Incentives Sanctions Matrix (PRISM) system and the success of individuals under supervision.

CSG Justice Center staff developed a new scope of work and project plan memo to document the shift from New Jersey to Wyoming and submitted it to the BJA policy office. The memo was approved on January 12, 2024. CSG Justice Center staff also began building the beta version of the tool. "
