Hundreds of social media platforms allow people to connect with each other in many different ways. It is imperative that law enforcement agencies stay up to date on this rapidly changing environment.
This module deals specifically with the legal issues surrounding mobile digital devices including cell phones and GPS devices.
This module deals with what investigators are and are not permitted to do in online undercover operations.
This module provides information on obtaining and executing search warrants in cases involving digital evidence.
This module provides basic information to first responders who may encounter digital evidence in the course of their duties.
