Mortgage fraud is a multi-billion dollar a year problem in the United States. Infrastructure held in place by strong neighborhoods and communities are feeling the devastating effects of mortgage fraud, and subsequently, vacant property crimes.

People everywhere are using social media to share ideas, opinions, photos and status updates with their friends and the public. Hundreds of social media platforms allow people to connect with each other in many different ways. It is imperative that law enforcement agencies stay up to date on this rapidly changing environment.
