The Orlando, Florida Police Department is requested assistance implementing their Real-Time Crime Center. IDEA Analytics LLC was selected to fulfill this request and delivered a final report with recommendations in August 2021.
The Los Angeles County, California Sheriff’s Department (LASD) in partnership with Crime Survivors, Inc., requested assistance developing a formal grant strategy to assist with identifying and documenting current and future grant needs related to serving victims of crime, and with matching current and future needs to forthcoming public and private funding opportunities.
