The NRTAC is providing ongoing TTA to the Baton Rouge CGIC to further develop and improve their CGIC. This site was identified by BJA to receive specific assistance from the NRTAC. The NRTAC will conduct a site visit, draft recommendations, and develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will work with the Baton Rouge CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC will conduct an initial site visit on January 8 and 9, will draft recommendations, and will develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will work with the Tulsa CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC will conduct an initial site visit, will draft recommendations, and will develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will conduct an initial site visit in Albuquerque on December 13 and 14, 2018, will draft recommendations, and will develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will work with the Albuquerque CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC will conduct an initial site visit on December 18 and 19, will draft recommendations, and will develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will work with the Memphis CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC will be hosting a two day training at ATF Headquarters in October 2018 (originally scheduled for September, but rescheduled due to impending hurricane) for CGIC sites across the country, as selected by BJA.

As a result of ongoing NRTAC calls and in order to help the St. Louis CGIC continue to improve, the NRTAC will be funding a peer to peer visit. A similar request was made by the Memphis CGIC to visit Milwaukee. At BJA direction and for efficiency, the two peer to peers will occur at the same time.
