CSG invited Humboldt to present at ACA about building a BA pathway at a max-security prison in California as well as the Pell approval process. 

The National CVIPI Center TTA Request tool is critical for our ability to assess community violence intervention (CVI) needs in the field and to help prioritize delivery of TTA topics. During this reporting period, LISC received and responded to 54 TTA requests from the field. LISC continues to track, analyze and report these requests
regularly to BJA.

CSG Justice Center staff held 75 contacts (via phone and email) with FY18-FY23 Second Chance Act Category 3 grantees in the month of November (8 SCA Co-Occurring, 29 SCA Substance Use Disorders, 18 SCA Crisis Stabilization and Community Reentry, and 20 SCA Pay for Success)

The US Attorney’s Office, District of New Mexico, is seeking training and technical assistance on “Effective De-Escalation Strategies for School Resource Officers, Security Personnel, and School Staff in a K-12 Environment.” This request is in collaboration with the planning committee for the Safe Schools Summit, scheduled for February and April.

This captures requests for information and lower effort TTA that IIR addressed during this reporting period. Requests are received through the TTA portal.

The National Center for School Safety provides one-on-one technical assistance to STOP grantees. From July - December 2024, there were 282 one-on-one Technical Assistance Outreach instances via email and phone call.

The National Center for School Safety provides one-on-one technical assistance to STOP grantees. This one-on-one assistance was offered from the start of our award and continues to date. From July - December 2024, there were 67 one-hour one-on-one Technical Assistance Meetings via Zoom or other virtual conference software.

The National Center for School Safety provides one-on-one technical assistance to STOP grantees. This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. Uniondale was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with Uniondale since 8/3/2021, with their intake meeting occurring on 1/18/2024. Intake and follow-up meetings are conducted by TA Specialists as one-hour meetings via Zoom to assist with any concerns regarding project implementation.

TA Specialists have been in contact with Saint Louis City Public School District since 3/1/2022, with their intake meeting occurring on 3/18/2022. Intake and follow-up meetings are conducted by TA Specialists as one-hour meetings via Zoom to assist with any concerns regarding project implementation.
