12/10 - Meeting with Octavian Valencia (DPS Staff Manager) and Amanda Macias (Special Projects Supervisor) of the NM Department of Public Safety to begin collecting statewide law enforcement data. (2 participants, representing 1 agency)
12/5 - Recruitment meeting with Ann Miller (Justice Center Advisory Board member and Managing Attorney), Lynsey Gaudioso (Staff Attorney), Katie Jones (Staff Attorney), and Susette Billedeaux (Director of Holistic Services) of the Tribal Defenders Office of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT). Maylinn Smith (Managing Attorney) and Joshua Cahacon (Lead Case Manager) of the Tribal Prosecutors Office of the CSKT attended as well. (6 participants, representing 2 CSKT agencies).
PERF received a number of TTA requests from agencies in and around the DMV. This regional training seminar was an opportunity for local agencies to discuss cross-jurisdictional violent crime challenges and strategies and for PERF, and subject matter experts, to provide training on innovative strategies and educate folks about the free resources available through this project.
12/4 In Person Meeting with WV Prosecuting Attorneys Institute: CSG Justice Center Staff met with WV Prosecuting Attorneys Institute (over 10 stakeholders serviced) to share more about the WV project. ( 25 participants, 1 agency)
A site visit was conducted in Charleston, West Virginia on November 11 and 12 to connect with key legislative and executive stakeholders about the executive order to form the working group, attend interim session hearings, and meet with additional stakeholders to perform qualitative analysis.
12/4 In-Person Meeting with WV Prosecuting Attorneys Association Board: CSG Justice Center Staff met with WVPA Board Members (over 10 stakeholders serviced) to share more about the WV project. (18 participants, 1 agency)
12/5 In Person Meeting with WV Prosecutor's Association Education Committee: CSG Justice Center Staff met with the WVPA Education Committee (over 10 stakeholders serviced) to share more about the WV project and discuss future presentations. (12 participants, 1 agency)
The PRC will operate an assistance request form on its website and will respond to assistance requests by engaging with jurisdictions, assessing what services are appropriate, and meeting the needs of the requesting organization as resources allow. All data regarding the interaction is tracked in the PRC's information database. Full assistance cases are reported as individual TTAs.
The PRC processed/closed 30 Request for Assistance cases between July - December 2025.
