The Tucson, Arizona Police Department requested information on administering written tests to vet crime analysts. BJA NTTAC provided resources through IACA and put Tucson PD in touch with Christopher Bruce for additional guidance.

NTTAC received a voicemail from an individual in Texas seeking information on grants and/or assistance funds to implement Raptor School Safety Technology in K-12 schools. The Raptor technology helps schools screen for registered sex offenders, manages custody issues, coordinate volunteers, and respond to emergencies. BJA NTTAC referred the request to an point of contact at the OJP Offie of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monioring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking (SMART).

Dan Segal requested clarification on the recidivism rate statistics included in the State of New Jersey fact sheet. BJA NTTAC sought to identify the year of the data which was not clearly identified on the fact sheet and eventually was provided with a reference to the source data by personnel from IIR.

Jorge Rey requested information on online training products to educate government employees how to handle and store law enforcement sensitive information. BJA NTTAC searched the LearnDOJ system and the TTA Reporting Portal, and sent the requestor a resource guide on Federal Law Enforcement Intelligence.

BJA NTTAC provided contact information for the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA), Institute of Intergovernmental Resources (IIR), and Michigan State University (MSU) for the requestor to independently request additional information.

BJA NTTAC referred Ms. Humphrey to IIR, as IIR was in the process of setting up a State and Local Anti-Terrorism Training (SLATT) one-day workshop and half-day training and technical assistance for the New York board of training academy directors' trainers. BJA NTTAC also provided Ms. Humphrey with additional training resources.

Detective Nicholas Rizzitello, from the Essex County, New Jersey Prosecutor's Office, requested information on upcoming Digital Imaging and Video Response Team (DIVRT) training classes. BJA NTTAC informed Detective Rizzitello that there are no upcoming DIVRT training classes, and provided contact information for the individual who previously organized the DIVRT training.

Bette Goings, the Tribal Court Administrator, for the Oglala Sioux Tribal (OST) Court located in Pine Ridge, South Dakota, inquired about training opportunities for tribal probation officers. The request was referred to Fox Valley Technical College because they have an existing BJA grant award to develop and deliver training for tribal probation officers.
