The National CVIPI Center TTA Request tool is critical for our ability to assess community violence intervention (CVI) needs in the field and to help prioritize delivery of TTA topics. During this reporting period, LISC received and responded to 54 TTA requests from the field. LISC continues to track, analyze and report these requests
regularly to BJA.
CSG Justice Center staff held 75 contacts (via phone and email) with FY18-FY23 Second Chance Act Category 3 grantees in the month of November (8 SCA Co-Occurring, 29 SCA Substance Use Disorders, 18 SCA Crisis Stabilization and Community Reentry, and 20 SCA Pay for Success)
Objective 1: Develop standards for local jurisdictions and state criminal justice agencies that will result in data being accurately and comprehensively aggregated at the state and national levels. In September, the last three metrics committees met to discuss and vote on recommendations obtained from the Public Feedback period. CSG Justice Center staff also caught up with committee members who were not able to attend the meetings to include their feedback.
Objective 2: Develop tools and make them available to states and other interested jurisdictions. Work for this objective is now complete with the development and implementation of the Justice Counts Publisher.?
