Below is a brief description of what we discussed regarding JAG:

As a part of the PMT Pilot Project, pilot state received technical assistance in the development of visualized dashboards showing JAG PMT data from FFY 17-20. TTA consisted of providing data for review to state workgroup participants, seeking feedback on visualized dashboards and data accuracy. Assistance is ongoing through PMT Pilot Phase One which will close out in January 2022.

Reached out to Amy Free as a follow up to her attending SP101. Amy requested that we inform her of any additional resources as they become available. As a result I provided her with an invitation to the NCJA Learning Lunch where Arizona presented on diversification of JAG funding use. Additionally, provided information on the NCJA Braided Funding Training.

Follow up with John Rogers, Program Manager with Alabama Law Enforcement and Traffic Safety Division, who requested a check in after attending SP101. Reviewed strategic plan and reminded them to send an annual update. Update was provided on same day.

On 06/29/2021 NJC provided office-based TA materials (information and other resources) via telephone in response to an email request for technical assistance from the Jicarilla Apache Tribal Court.

Between 06/04/2021 and 06/17/2021 NJC provided office-based TA materials (information and other resources) via telephone and email in response to an telephonic and email request for technical assistance from the Ute Tribal Court.

Created survey in partnership with BJA to determine effectiveness of DCRA reporting. Survey development began during this reporting period. Results will be shared with BJA once survey closes.
Survey went out on July 6th 2021 and this entry will be updated next reporting cycle.
