CSG Justice Center staff visited Washington in 11/3-11/6 to meet with WADOC staff and leadership, as well as to conduct observations of case management meetings.

12/9/24: In-person meeting with Linde Hoffman (State Engagement Manager, Recidiviz), Sophie Pepin (Senior Data Analyst, Recidiviz), and Jonathan "Scott" Brinly (Parole Officer, TDCJ) to discuss their use of supervision level downgrade, early discharge and annual reporting to better structure Recidiviz's tool. In-person presentation on November 4 at the Minnesota CSAC meeting in Shakopee, MN

A presentation was provided to the Community Supervision Advisory Committee (CSAC) to introduce and explain key recommendations developed by the Risk and Needs Assessment (RNA) Working Group and the Justice Reinvestment Initiative (JRI) Phase II Working Group. The presentation included a review of the risk-need-responsivity (RNR) principles, risk and needs assessment recommendations, case planning recommendations, and behavior response grid recommendations.
