The United States Attorney's Office in Louisiana requested advanced investigations training for three parishes in Louisiana. Until training can happen in person, it will be supplemented by online trainings through the PSP Virtual Academy.

The Jefferson County, Alabama Sheriff's Office Training Center requested travel support for two representatives to attend the National Association of School Research Officers Basic School Resource Officer on March 22-26, 2021.

The Shreveport, Louisiana Police Department (SPD) is requesting an assessment of how it investigates gun crimes with a specific focus on NIBIN leads, including the identification of gaps and recommendations.

The City of Jacksonville requested a reentry program assessment. The requestor withdrew the request.

The Cleveland Public Safety Partnership site requested a crime analysis assessment. Julie Wartell was selected to fulfill the request and provided a final report with recommendations in August 2021.

The Orlando, Florida Police Department is requested assistance implementing their Real-Time Crime Center. IDEA Analytics LLC was selected to fulfill this request and delivered a final report with recommendations in August 2021.

The Baltimore PSP requested an assessment of their crime victim services capabilities and functions. Amy Durall, Kenton Kirby, Peter Pollard, and Heather Warnken were selected to fulfill this request and delivered a comprehensive final report in August 2021.

The Scarborough PD requested sessions for Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) trainings to assist them in implementing a LEAD model. The LEAD National Support Bureau was selected to fulfill the request and provided virtual training on best practices to the operations workgroup, case managers, and police officers from March- June 2021.

The Jicarilla Apache Nation Police Department requested police report writing training. BJA NTTAC denied this request.
