Description as provided to me: As part of our Second Chance Month activities, Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona will be
visiting a Second Chance Pell program on April 16 at 10:00am at Cheshire Correctional Institution
in Cheshire, Connecticut to lift up the opportunities that college in prison programs provide.
Immediately following that visit, we will hold a roundtable discussion at Connecticut State
Community College Middlesex (Middlesex), concluding our visit at 2:00pm. This letter is a formal

The RVCRI team will fund two RVCRI grantees, Shawano, WI and Frederick, CO, to present at the National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives Association 2024 Conference.
