Each webinar will spotlight successful strategies employed by these agencies in key areas such as policy development, training, accountability systems, and data management. The first session will feature the experiences of the Seattle and Los Angeles police departments in advancing reform efforts. Subsequent webinars will delve into specific topics, allowing viewers to engage based on their interests.

The NRTAC hosted the 8th Annual Regional CGIC Multi-Site Training in Miami, Florida. The Miami CGIC assisted in organizing the conference and invited participating CGIC grantees to tour their facilities. The conference was a mix of panel presentations and breakout sessions. Presentation topics included executive buy-in, CGIC successes, the role of the intelligence analyst in a CGIC, and CGIC case prosecution.
