Met regularly with the site about implementation
The coach met with the site monthly during the quarter. The site continues to work closely with the four facilities as part of the pilot project. This work has largely been focused on culture change and getting certain facilities to buy-in to PREA. There is one facility in particular that struggles in a number of ways, not limited to PREA, so this takes a lot of time and energy.
The site continues to make progress and the coach has no concerns about it completing their project deliverables.
The coach met, as planned, once per month with CJC< the Oregon DOC, and Oregon OYA. All discussions focused on grant implementation activities. Calls with OYA also involved onboarding of the new PREA Coordinator and enrollment in PREA Academy.
Met regularly except when the coach forgot to reissue the recurring meeting invitation.
