The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department requested the Blue Courage/HeartMath Resilience Advantage Program for agency personnel. Training personnel from both Blue Courage, Inc. and HeartMath delivered this three-day certified trainer program to seven members of Las Vegas Metropolitan PD and two Blue Courage trainers from January 23 – 25, 2016.

How do you anticipate that the requested assistance will address the problems?
The support received from BJA NTTAC will aid in certifying all peer counselors assigned to the Police Employee Assistance Program allowing the concepts of Resilience Advantage to be taught throughout our organization. This training will help us to build and sustain mental, physical and emotional resilience to meet the ever growing needs of our Department.
