In October 2015, CSG Justice Center staff submitted a memorandum documenting the progress Pennsylvania made through JR implementation and technical assistance. With the submission of the memorandum, intensive technical assistance to support the implementation of Pennsylvania's 2012 justice reinvestment legislation has concluded. Pennsylvania continues to hold a contract with the CSG Justice Center to expend its BJA subaward grant.

Pennsylvania state leaders completed an online data dashboard this month, which will visualize key data trends related to the state's implementation of the 2012 justice reinvestment policy framework. The online data dashboard is available to the public and was funded through BJA capacity-building funds.
(3/29) Call with Deputy Executive Director (PBPP), Legislative Director (PBPP), and Director (Reentry, PBPP) to discuss sustainability and expansion of the agency's EPICS trainings, launched with BJA capacity-building funds.
CSG Justice Center staff will receive the final spend-down report from PCCD no later than mid-May 2016. CSG Justice Center staff will also continue to receive monthly data metrics from DOC and PBPP in order to monitor justice reinvestment impacts and systems trends.
State agencies completed activities included in the spend-through contract. CSG Justice Center staff received final financial reports from Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) and Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (PBPP) this month, concluding subaward monitoring activities under this project. This will be the final monthly report for the 2012 Pennsylvania justice reinvestment project.
