Provide outreach to stakeholders about the TTA resources that are available under this grant, with a goal of connecting with as many different stakeholder groups (including community, corrections, court administration, defense, judiciary, law enforcement, prosecution, and victims/witnesses) and geographic regions as possible, including a focus on groups and regions that historically have not received TTA resources.
January - June 2022: Discussed grant opportunities with Puerto Rico related to juries, Washington state stakeholders related to impeaching witnesses, and Santa Barbara related to early representation provided in police stations.
July 2022-January 2023: Discussed grant opportunities with: Carver County, MN, CIRN, University of Cincinnatti, Arc of the US, The Raben Group, First Defense Legal Aid, Partners for Justice, Cook County (IL) Public Defender Office, UndocuBlack, University of Utah School of Law, San Bernadino (CA) Public Defender Office, Northwestern University, Zealous, Ideas42, University of North Dakota School of Law, Committee for Public Counsel Services
July-Dec. 2023: Discussed grant opportunities with professors from Loyola and UC Irvine, Va defenders, and Travis County, Tx Defenders.

To date conducted directed outreach with the following groups and/or jurisdictions: Texas Jail Project, NCSC Chief Justices Committee, Indiana Public Defense Commission, NACDL Rural Public Defender Steering Committee, Louisiana public defense community; Duluth, MN; Arlington, VA; Prince William, VA; Henrico, VA; Michigan public defense community; Oklahoma public defense community; Maine; Puerto Rico defender community; Texas Indigent Defense Commission; Idaho public defense commission; North Dakota public defense commission; New Jersey public defender commission; Conway, AR; Montana public defender community. In addition TTA service information is available and highlighted on the project's website and through NACDL's e-news letter which is distributed to 5,000 people monthly. .

There is a current form on the site that utilizes Survey Monkey. We are currently exploring additional formats that will allow applicants to save their work as they go and return to the application by logging in to the site.
