Develop and maintain a website that will facilitate the sharing of resources, knowledge, and practices with criminal justice system actors and the general public. The platform will be a searchable system that will contain a variety of content, including materials created during the course of the grant, and existing resources. Materials will include videos, policy and procedure guides, academic research, articles and publications, and interactive learning opportunities. Content will focus on core Sixth Amendment issues relating to speedy trials, impartial and representative juries, access to evidence and witnesses, the ability to present a defense, and waivers of the right to counsel. The website will be updated throughout the grant period.
January -June 2024: Website transferred to CJI
